Serving Suggestion
Each serving size is 3g-10g (one heaped teaspoon) disolved in 200ml-500ml water at room temperature per day. In order to maintain a proper response mechanism in your body, consume Creatine for up to 60 days of continous use with at least half the time off, before repeating the cycle.
